This plastic lid adopts the balanced material feeding design of multi hole common mold injection mold. By adjusting the different material feeding positions of the injection mold between the lid scoops, an optimal arrangement scheme is finally selected. Through the research and design of multiple schemes, the layout arrangement scheme of the lid scoops in the mold can make the material feeding balanced, optimize the cycle, achieve the material feeding balance, and also make the injection cycle shortest. Through the innovation and optimization of the control program of the conventional labeling and picking manipulator, the action steps are simplified. At the same time, the labeling and picking manipulator is equipped with four servo motors to improve the operating speed of the manipulator. After constant debugging, it finally achieves a series of actions from entering the mold, pasting eight labels, taking 16 products, and exiting the mold within 1.5s. Moreover, the labeling action is accurate and in place, and the picking action is stable. After picking up the parts by the manipulator, place the 8+8 lid and spoon at the corresponding station, rotate the assembly line for cycle, and perform spoon pressing assembly. The manipulator takes out the assembled lid and spoon assembly body, places it on the visual conveyor belt, and enters the next process. The assembly process is under full intelligent control.
