  • Q: How to start a new IML project with your company?

    A:

    A fully dedicated team of experts is available to answer your every question. Just contact with our Trade manager for support, if you need to convert into IML technology. Your design and functionality requirements form the basis of our development work. We work closed to identify your needs and design products accordingly. Specific design for specific solutions.


    The product ideas are then transferred to our CAD, UG or PRO-E system and receive the "Final touch". For faster and more cost-effective results. We can produce a prototype for your moulded plastic containers and parts.

  • Q: What's your new mold production process?

    A:

    The sales dept. will release the project confirmation document, and then the mold designer will work out the DFM analysis first and forward for client's double confirmation, after get the approval to start, the tooling designer will work out the mold 3D design drawings, and then we'll hold a mold drawing review with the technical team, after that , the designer will work out the 2D drawing and establish the BOM details and then start the machining, inspection and assembly the tooling to get out the T1 samples for client review first, if the function and the dimension all OK, then will do the tooling final polish or texture process and send final pre-production samples for client sign back.

  • Q: So you have own mold designer right?

    A:

    Two Australian mold design consultants are specially hired to provide customers with efficient, high-quality, low-cost solutions from the design and manufacturing of thin-walled mold. Our in house mold designer work very closely with them. We use mould flow technology to perfect our tooling design. Our on-site tool room undertakes regular planned maintenance on all production moulds and is able to carry out unforeseen repairs almost immediately.
