• Q: What's the daily production capability?

  The workshop produces 2 million sets of IML food packaging containers per day, achieving an annual sales volume of more than 20million US dollars.

• Q: How big is your warehouse?

  A:

  Total 53000 include the another 5 floors new warehouse last year, warehouse . We normally check the 3 month forecast orders with clients, then purchased advanced 3 month stock material in warehouse, most material are import from the large brand supplier, such as Borouge, it could ensure the material stable quality and good purchase cost. Each pallet material have a very clearly label to show the pallet good details. It could hold total 2000 pallets in this floor.

• Q: What about the new projects tooling leading time?

  A:

  The new tooling design will take around 4 days and the prototype samples will take about 3 days to make out. If for only one cavity trial mold, it will take only 25 days. Most clients will try to get out the trial mold first to make safety enough before go ahead the final industrial mold. It could help verify the actual functions, and test the marketing feedback. And for the thin wall industrial new mold, it normally take 60-75 days.

• Q: So you have own mold designer right?

  A:

  Two Australian mold design consultants are specially hired to provide customers with efficient, high-quality, low-cost solutions from the design and manufacturing of thin-walled mold. Our in house mold designer work very closely with them. We use mould flow technology to perfect our tooling design. Our on-site tool room undertakes regular planned maintenance on all production moulds and is able to carry out unforeseen repairs almost immediately.
